• Clinical guidance and doctor recommendations
• Referral details and follow-up support records

Student health records are partitioned securely. Under no circumstances is individual clinical data open to public access or unverified personnel.

• Vetted and assigned screening doctors/healthcare professionals
• Approved institutional coordinators (on a need-to-know basis)
• Verified parents or legal guardians

Student health reports are shared via password-protected digital files, secure portals, or sealed printouts. To maintain safety, reports are governed by strict distribution rules:

• Shared directly through verified parent/guardian channels
• Never displayed publicly in classrooms or common school boards
• Never shared via public group messaging apps or social platforms
• Used strictly for individual student care and guidance

We partner with schools and families. Both educational institutions and parents are obligated to handle generated health insights with strict confidentiality and ensure credentials to portal systems are kept private.
